LET’S GET CRACKING!
Just three wholesome ingredients are needed to make these cracking crackers. Almonds form the main ingredient to this recipe and are one of the world’s best sources of vitamin E – great for healthy skin and eyes.
Use as a base for a fancy canape selection or as part of a simple cheese board. A basic recipe, easily jazzed-up by adding different herbs or spices.

- Rolling Pin
- Oven
Ingredients
- 150 g Ground Almonds
- 1 Egg
- 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C and line an ovenproof dish with greaseproof paper.
- Mix all the ingredients together to form a dough.
- Roll between two pieces of greaseproof paper.
- Cut into desired shapes using cutters or just with a knife.
- Put onto dish and bake for 10-12 minutes.
