HEALTHY ICE CREAM
Ice cream, a health food? Enter – NICE CREAM! Nice cream uses frozen banana to form a soft, sweet and creamy base. Banana is naturally high in fructose, so this recipe combines coconut cream, rich in healthy fats, to help maintain a happy blood sugar balance.
This is one of the quickest chocolate treats you can make, naturally dairy-free, vegan, sugar-free, gluten-free and paleo, which takes less than 3 minutes and only 3 ingredients to make. Pure chocoholic deliciousness!

Chocolate Nice Cream

Ingredients
- 200 g Coconut Cream
- 100 g Frozen Banana
- 20 g Cacao Powder
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract optional
Topping
- sprinkle Cacao Nibs
Instructions
- Put can of coconut cream in fridge over night. Open tin and skim out the separated cream from the top, this is the coconut cream.
- Blend the coconut cream with frozen banana, cacao powder and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Serve straight away or freeze for later. If frozen, allow to thaw for 20 minutes, or until desired consistency.
- To serve sprinkle with cacao nibs.
