Only Eggs? THAT’S A WRAP!
You only need one ingredient for this simple recipe – added herbs and spices are optional and interchangeable. Eggs are a great source of protein, omega-3 fatty acids, vitamin D and B12.
A wrap makes an easily transportable breakfast or lunch which you can fill however you wish. For a great on-the-go brunch we love filling ours with cream cheese, tomatoes, spinach and rocket leaves.

Ingredients
- 2 Eggs
- ½ tsp Turmeric (optional)
- pinch Pepper (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 160°C and pre-line ovenproof dish.
- Whisk two eggs together and pour into dish. Add in optional spices.
- Bake for 10 minutes.
