NO BLUES BROCCOLI
We love simple steamed broccoli, but sometimes it can get a little – well, dull. A sprinkling of blue cheese to your standard florets can bring your tired greens back to life. Just one serving of broccoli can contain all of your daily needs for vitamin C, vital for a healthy immune system. Blue cheese, known for its striking blue veins and strong odour, can contain good bacteria which help to support a healthy gut. So, if you need some help to eat more greens, this may be a winning combination.

Broccoli and Blue Cheese

Ingredients
- ½ head Brocolli
- 25 g Blue Cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Steam Broccoli until el dente.
- Transfer to oven proof dish, sprinkle with blue cheese and cook in the oven for 5 minutes until melted.
