ONE TRUE TRIO CHOCOLATE MILKSHAKE

This is a simple superfood shake that’s free from sugar and dairy and takes just two minutes! Instead of cow’s milk, that’s high in lactose, we’ve used coconut milk which is rich in healthy fats in the form of medium-chain triglycerides. Studies suggest that MCTs increase insulin sensitivity, so help to regulate blood sugar. Fibre-filled banana balances the bitterness of the raw cacao. So unlike conventional milkshakes, these ingredients won’t cause the crazy sugar spikes often experienced with shop-bought alternatives. A perfect treat for kids and adults alike.

Ingredients

  • 300 ml Coconut Milk
  • 50 g Frozen Banana
  • 20 g Cacao Powder

Optional Toppings

  • Cacao Nibs
  • Toasted Coconut Shavings

Instructions

  • Blend all ingredients: almond milk, frozen banana and cacao powder until smooth.
