Dark Secret Chocolate Pudding

- Blender
Ingredients
- 300 g Coconut Cream
- 150 g Frozen Banana
- 15 g Cacao Powder
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 75 g Coconut Butter melted
- sprinkle Cacao Nibs
Instructions
- Put can of coconut milk in fridge over night. Open tin and skim out the separated cream from the top, this is the coconut cream. (Alternatively use pure coconut cream).
- Blend coconut cream, banana, cacao powder and vanilla extract.
- Melt coconut butter on a double boiler, then blend with all other ingredients until smooth.
- Pour into 4 individual dishes.
- Set in fridge for 6+ hours, or overnight.
- Sprinkle with cacao nibs to serve.
