Blue Cheese Sauce

Ingredients
- 100 g Double Cream
- 75 g Blue Cheese
- 1-2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
Instructions
- Cut blue cheese into small pieces.
- Warm cream and blue cheese in a saucepan on a low heat for a minute or two.
- Once the cheese has melted, stir through the Worcestershire sauce.
