LET’S GO BANANAS!
Fried bananas provide a mix of textures from a crispy outside to a warm and gooey centre – perfect paired with an easy two-ingredient chocolate sauce. As well as being high in potassium, bananas are a good source of vitamin B6; one average banana can provide 1/3 of your RDI. They’re also the only fruit to contain both B6 and the amino acid, tryptophan, which produce serotonin and improves mood, making a top feel-good dessert! This is a simple, naturally sweet recipe, ideal for a bowl of overripe bananas.
