IT’S ALL GREEK TO ME
Fresh salads are hard to beat on a hot day, and the Mediterranean’s know all about that. That’s why a Greek salad is always a popular choice. Refreshing, colourful and full of healthy fats from the med’s favourite fruit, the olive. It would be almost criminal not to drizzle this salad with extra virgin olive oil and a dash of balsamic vinegar.
An easy light lunch or a bright side dish to bulk out a main meal; especially good teamed with most Italian dishes.

Greek Goddess Salad
Ingredients
- 2 handfuls Mixed Leaves
- 1 handful Cucumber
- 1 handful Sundried Tomatoes
- 1 handful Mixed Olives
- 1 handful Feta Cheese or vegan cheese
- 1 handful Red Onion
- sprinkle Hemp Seeds
- sprinkle Coriander
Salad Dressing
- drizzle Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- drizzle Balsamic Vinegar
- drizzle Apple Cider Vinegar
Instructions
- Use the mixed leaves as the base of your salad.
- Slice cucumber and red onion.
- Top leaves with cucumber, sundried tomatoes, olives feta, red onions and hemp seeds.
- Serve with oil and vinegar.
