BAKED FRIES
These tasty little wedges are so easy to prepare, simply slice and roast, no steaming or boiling required. A great source of vitamin A, we like to leave the skins on for extra fibre.
You can use these as an alternative to your traditional potato wedges to add some more variety to your week.
Enjoy plain or flavour with your choice of herbs or spices: garlic, cumin, rosemary – or our favourite, paprika.

Sweet Potato Wedges

- Oven
Ingredients
- 2-3 Sweet Potatoes
- 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil or Beef Dripping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 160°C and put ovenproof dish in with beef dripping or olive oil.
- Chop sweet potatoes into wedges.
- Put into ovenproof dish and cook for 30-40 minutes, turning half way through.
