PISTACHIO + CREAM FILLED STRAWBERRY
This is a ridiculously easy recipe that makes perfect little bite-size treats, made with just three super simple ingredients. Fresh seasonal strawberries are one of nature’s pure highlights of summer – did you know that strawberries actually contain more vitamin C than oranges? Pistachios add a dash of colour and crunch with an added boost of potassium, more in fact than a banana!
A cute twist on the classic strawberries and cream combo, and if you’re dairy-free coconut cream is a fabulous alternative.

Truly Scrumptious Stuffed Strawberries
Equipment
- Electric Hand Whisk
Ingredients
- Strawberries
- Double Cream or Coconut Cream
- Pistachios
Instructions
- Whip the double cream or coconut cream with an electric hand whisk until soft peaks form.
- Cut off the green leaves from the strawberry to make a flat base.
- Cut the thin end of the strawberry into quarters.
- Stuff each strawberry with whipped cream.
- Crush the pistachios and sprinkle on top of the whipped cream to serve.
