Lemon Juice

Instructions
Stew raspberries on the hob slowly for about 5-10 minutes until the fruit has broken down.
Mix in chia seeds (and lemon juice if using) and simmer for a further 5 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to cool.
Store in the fridge.
