Ingredients

  • 100 g Raspberries frozen
  • 5 g Chia Seeds
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice optional

Instructions

  • Stew raspberries on the hob slowly for about 5-10 minutes until the fruit has broken down.
  • Mix in chia seeds (and lemon juice if using) and simmer for a further 5 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to cool.
  • Store in the fridge.
