  • 125 g Ice Cubes (2 trays)
  • 60 g Pineapple Frozen
  • 30 g Banana
  • 60 g Courgette
  • 1 medium Avocado
  • 50 g Spinach

Instructions

  • Put all ingredients into blender and blend until completely combined.
  • Top with your choice of any fruits, nuts, seeds, yogurt, or nut butter.
