Ingredients

N'orridge

  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1 tbsp Flax Seeds
  • 1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk or Coconut Milk

Cooked Toppings

  • ½ Apple
  • 1 tsp Butter or Coconut Oil

Other Toppings

  • handful Mixed Berries
  • 1 tbsp Creme Fraiche or Greek Yogurt or Coconut Yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Almonds
  • sprinkle Cinnamon

Instructions

N'orridge

  • Mix togther chia seeds, flax seeds and almond milk and pour into saucepan.
  • Slowly simmer over low heat for 3-5 minutes until thickened.

Cooked Toppings

  • Slice apples and slowly simmer in saucepan with butter until soft and coloured.

Other Toppings

  • Top with any other desired toppings: mixed berries, creme fraiche, almonds and cinnamon.
