Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Balsamic Vinegar
Instructions
Warm olive oil in pan on a low heat.
Thickly slice red onions and slowly cook, stirring regularly.
Add in balsamic vinegar after about 10 minutes and continue to simmer for a further 10 minutes or until caramelised.
