  • Vegetable Peeler
  • Oven

Ingredients

  • 3 Carrots
  • 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • sprinkle Salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 120°C.
  • Using a vegetable peeler peel thin slices of carrot.
  • Spread evenly onto ovenproof dish with extra virgin olive oil and salt.
  • Roast for about 2 hours, turning half way through.
