Ingredients

Cup

  • 100 g Cashews
  • 20 g Coconut Oil
  • 10 g Dates soaked
  • 10 g Cacao Powder
  • 10 g Maca Powder optional
  • pinch Salt

Cup Add Ins

  • 10 g Chia Seeds
  • 10 g Desiccated Coconut
  • 10 g Hemp Seeds

Cup Filling

  • 4 tsp Cashew Butter
  • 4 slices Frozen Banana

Instructions

  • Soak dates in hot water for a minimum of 10 minutes.
  • Preline muffin tin.
  • Blend all main cup ingredients: cashews, coconut oil, drained dates, cacao powder, maca powder and salt until it just starts to combine.
  • Add in extras: chia seeds, desiccated coconut and hemp seeds.
  • Divide mixture into 4.
  • With hands mold mixture to bottom and sides. Save some mixture to form the tops.
  • Put 1 heaped tsp of cashew butter into each cup.
  • Push in 1 slice of frozen banana into each cup.
  • Use the remaining mixture to form top. Set in fridge for 1+ hours.
