Ingredients

Main Bar

  • 100 g Cashews
  • 20 g Coconut Oil
  • 10 g Dates soaked
  • pinch Salt

Add Ins

  • 10 g Pumpkin Seeds
  • 10 g Sunflower Seeds
  • 10 g Chia Seeds
  • 10 g Desiccated Coconut
  • 10 g Walnuts
  • 10 g Cacao Nibs
  • 10 g Goji Berries

Instructions

Main Bar

  • Soak dates in hot water for 10 minutes.
  • Blend together cashews, coconut oil and dates until crumbly.

Add Ins

  • Add in all extras; pumpkin, sunflower, chia, coconut, walnuts, cacao nibs and goji berries, mix for a few seconds, keeping most of the add ins quite whole.
  • Using hands form desired shape, I have chose bars but you can also do balls.
  • Set in fridge to firm up.
