Full Fat Coconut Milk or Coconut Cream

Vanilla Extract
Instructions
Place tin of coconut milk in the fridge overnight.
Open the tin, the cream will have separated from the water.
Scoop out the thick cream from the top of the tin into a bowl. Save the coconut water for another use.
Add in the vanilla extract.
Using an electric whisk, whip until peaks form. If the cream is too stiff add a little of the coconut water.
