Whipped Coconut Cream

Ingredients

  • 1 tin Full Fat Coconut Milk or Coconut Cream
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  • Place tin of coconut milk in the fridge overnight.
  • Open the tin, the cream will have separated from the water.
  • Scoop out the thick cream from the top of the tin into a bowl. Save the coconut water for another use.
  • Add in the vanilla extract.
  • Using an electric whisk, whip until peaks form. If the cream is too stiff add a little of the coconut water.
