Ingredients

  • 6 slices Courgette
  • 6 tsp Tomato Puree
  • sprinkle Italian Herbs
  • sprinkle Parmesan or Cheddar Cheese or vegan cheese
  • 6 small Basil Leaves

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 180°C.
  • Slice courgette into rounds.
  • Top with 1/2-1 tsp of tomato puree.
  • Sprinkle with mixed Italian dried herbs.
  • Top with grated cheese.
  • Cook for 20 minutes.
  • Top with fresh basil.
