Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Slice courgette into rounds.
Top with 1/2-1 tsp of tomato puree.
Sprinkle with mixed Italian dried herbs.
Top with grated cheese.
Cook for 20 minutes.
Top with fresh basil.
