Ingredients

  • 150 g Ground Almonds
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 180°C and line an ovenproof dish with greaseproof paper.
  • Mix all the ingredients together to form a dough.
  • Roll between two pieces of greaseproof paper.
  • Cut into desired shapes using cutters or just with a knife.
  • Put onto dish and bake for 10-12 minutes.
