Salmon (tinned or fresh)

Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C.
On a low heat simmer diced red onion in butter or olive oil, when it becomes soft add the garlic.
Combine all the ingredients together in a bowl; red onion, garlic, salmon, lemon zest, lemon juice, parsley, ground almonds, salt and pepper.
Using hands roll 6 balls and place in an ovenproof dish.
Bake for 20-30 minutes, turning half way through until slightly golden.
