Chocolate Nice Cream

Ingredients

  • 200 g Coconut Cream
  • 100 g Frozen Banana
  • 20 g Cacao Powder
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract optional

Topping

  • sprinkle Cacao Nibs

Instructions

  • Put can of coconut cream in fridge over night. Open tin and skim out the separated cream from the top, this is the coconut cream.
  • Blend the coconut cream with frozen banana, cacao powder and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Serve straight away or freeze for later. If frozen, allow to thaw for 20 minutes, or until desired consistency.
  • To serve sprinkle with cacao nibs.
