Instructions
Put can of coconut cream in fridge over night. Open tin and skim out the separated cream from the top, this is the coconut cream.
Blend the coconut cream with frozen banana, cacao powder and vanilla extract until smooth.
Serve straight away or freeze for later. If frozen, allow to thaw for 20 minutes, or until desired consistency.
To serve sprinkle with cacao nibs.
