  • Blender

Ingredients

  • 4 Broccoli Stalks (usually wasted)
  • 4 tbsp Peas
  • handful Fresh Parsley
  • handful Fresh Mint
  • ½ tsp Dried Mint

Instructions

  • Steam broccoli stalks until soft.
  • Steam peas.
  • Add half the peas to the broccoli stalks with parsley and mint. Blend until smooth.
  • Lightly mash the remaining peas with a fork and stir into the blended mix.
