Broccoli Stalks (usually wasted)

Peas

Fresh Parsley

Instructions
Steam broccoli stalks until soft.
Steam peas.
Add half the peas to the broccoli stalks with parsley and mint. Blend until smooth.
Lightly mash the remaining peas with a fork and stir into the blended mix.
