Ingredients

  • 300 g Coconut Cream
  • 150 g Frozen Banana
  • 15 g Cacao Powder
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 75 g Coconut Butter melted
  • sprinkle Cacao Nibs

Instructions

  • Put can of coconut milk in fridge over night. Open tin and skim out the separated cream from the top, this is the coconut cream. (Alternatively use pure coconut cream).
  • Blend coconut cream, banana, cacao powder and vanilla extract.
  • Melt coconut butter on a double boiler, then blend with all other ingredients until smooth.
  • Pour into 4 individual dishes.
  • Set in fridge for 6+ hours, or overnight.
  • Sprinkle with cacao nibs to serve.
