Ingredients

  • 100 g Double Cream
  • 75 g Blue Cheese
  • 1-2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce

Instructions

  • Cut blue cheese into small pieces.
  • Warm cream and blue cheese in a saucepan on a low heat for a minute or two.
  • Once the cheese has melted, stir through the Worcestershire sauce.
