Ingredients

  • 2 handfuls Mixed Leaves
  • 1 handful Cucumber
  • 1 handful Sundried Tomatoes
  • 1 handful Mixed Olives
  • 1 handful Feta Cheese or vegan cheese
  • 1 handful Red Onion
  • sprinkle Hemp Seeds
  • sprinkle Coriander

Salad Dressing

  • drizzle Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • drizzle Balsamic Vinegar
  • drizzle Apple Cider Vinegar

Instructions

  • Use the mixed leaves as the base of your salad.
  • Slice cucumber and red onion.
  • Top leaves with cucumber, sundried tomatoes, olives feta, red onions and hemp seeds.
  • Serve with oil and vinegar.
