Instructions
Fried Banana
Slice banana in half length ways.
Heat coconut oil on a medium heat and fry banana for 1-2 minutes until it starts to caramelise, flip and repeat on the other side.
Chocolate Sauce
In a saucepan, on a low heat, melt the coconut butter.
Slowly add in the cacao powder to combine.
To Serve
Place fried banana on plate, drizzle with chocolate sauce and top with crushed pistachios.
