Ingredients

Fried Banana

  • 1 Banana
  • 1 tbsp Coconut Oil

Chocolate Sauce

  • 50 g Coconut Butter
  • 1 tsp Cacao Powder

Topping

  • sprinkle Crushed Pistachios

Instructions

Fried Banana

  • Slice banana in half length ways.
  • Heat coconut oil on a medium heat and fry banana for 1-2 minutes until it starts to caramelise, flip and repeat on the other side.

Chocolate Sauce

  • In a saucepan, on a low heat, melt the coconut butter.
  • Slowly add in the cacao powder to combine.

To Serve

  • Place fried banana on plate, drizzle with chocolate sauce and top with crushed pistachios.
