Ingredients

  • ½ Avocado
  • 35 g Courgette
  • 25 g Spinach
  • 25 g Pineapple frozen
  • 15 g Banana frozen
  • 70 g Ice Cubes (one tray)

Instructions

  • Put all ingredients into blender and blend until completely combined.
  • For a runnier smoothie add more ice or water.
