Ingredients

  • ½ head Celeriac
  • 1 tbsp Butter or vegan butter
  • pinch Salt
  • pinch Pepper

Instructions

  • Peel celeriac and chop into small chunks.
  • Steam until soft, for about 20 minutes.
  • Blend until smooth with butter.
