Ingredients

  • 2 Apples
  • 2-4 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2-4 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2-4 tbsp Hot Water

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 140°C.
  • Roughly chop apple into small chunks.
  • Place in dish with olive oil, cider vinegar and hot water.
  • Cook for 45-60 minutes until soft, turning a couple of times.
  • Mash to combine.
