Instructions
Main Ball
Soak dates in hot water for a minimum of 10 minutes.
Blend cashews in blender until crumbly.
Blend cashews, coconut oil, drained dates, lemon juice and lemon rind until crumbly.
Added Extras
Add chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds and desiccated coconut, blend to combine.
Form Balls
Place a scoop of mixture into the palm of your hand and squash to form a flat shape.
Place frozen cherry in the centre.
Close palm of hand to start forming a ball.
Roll between hands until ball is formed.
Set in fridge for 1+ hours.
Notes
If mixture becomes difficult to mold - place mixture in the fridge to set slightly before molding.
