BEG for Bloatless Bread

Ingredients

  • 150 g Ground Almonds
  • 100 g Butter or Ghee or Coconut Oil
  • 6 Eggs
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder or ½ tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 180°C.
  • Pre-line baking tin.
  • Melt butter. Put butter in glass dish on top of a boiling pan of water, stir until melted.
  • Whisk eggs until bubbles form.
  • Combine ground almonds and baking powder.
  • Pour butter into the eggs and mix.
  • Add the dry mixture and apple cider vinegar, stir to completely combine.
  • Pour into pre-lined tin.
  • Bake for 40 minutes.
