Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Pre-line baking tin.
Melt butter. Put butter in glass dish on top of a boiling pan of water, stir until melted.
Whisk eggs until bubbles form.
Combine ground almonds and baking powder.
Pour butter into the eggs and mix.
Add the dry mixture and apple cider vinegar, stir to completely combine.
Pour into pre-lined tin.
Bake for 40 minutes.
