Ingredients

  • 1 Aubergine
  • 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp Tamari
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce

Instructions

  • Pre-heat oven to 140°C.
  • Slice aubergine length ways into thin slices.
  • Place in ovenproof dish and cover with olive oil, tamari and worcestershire sauce.
  • Cook for 40 minutes, turning half way through.
