Ingredients

  • 1 Red Onion
  • 1 Beetroot
  • 2-3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2-3 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • ΒΌ tsp Cayenne Pepper

Instructions

  • Slice red onions.
  • Slowly caramelise in a saucepan with olive oil for about 5 minutes.
  • Grate beetroot.
  • Add beetroot to the onions.
  • Add apple cider vinegar and cayenne pepper.
