Ingredients

  • ½ Head Cauliflower
  • 1 tbsp Butter or vegan butter
  • 1 tsp Dijon Mustard optional
  • 1 tsp Wholegrain Mustard optional
  • handful Parsley

Instructions

  • Cut cauliflower into small pieces and steam until soft.
  • Blend in a food processor with butter, dijon mustard and wholegrain mustard until smooth.
  • Serve straight away, or put in oven at 180°C for 10 minutes to form a crispy top.
  • Top with fresh parsley.

Notes

Diet: Paleo - depending on if you add mustard and what brand you use.
Diet: Vegan - depending on what butter you use.
