Ingredients

  • 1 White Onion
  • 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 100 g Chestnut Puree
  • 100 g Ground Almonds
  • 1 tsp Sage
  • pinch Salt
  • pinch Pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven at 180°C.
  • Finely chop onions and fry in extra virgin olive oil until coloured.
  • Combine all dry ingredients: chestnut puree, ground almonds, sage, salt and pepper.
  • Mix in cooked onions.
  • Using hands roll mixture into balls. Mixture makes 8.
  • Bake for 20-30 minutes until golden.
