Instructions
Preheat oven at 180°C.
Finely chop onions and fry in extra virgin olive oil until coloured.
Combine all dry ingredients: chestnut puree, ground almonds, sage, salt and pepper.
Mix in cooked onions.
Using hands roll mixture into balls. Mixture makes 8.
Bake for 20-30 minutes until golden.
