Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Pre-line baking tin.
Combine ground almonds and baking powder.
Melt coconut oil in saucepan, then add to dry mix.
Mash 125g banana (or 1½ banana) thoroughly and add to dry mix.
Whisk eggs until bubbles form, then add to dry mix.
Cut the remaining ½ banana into slices or chunks and stir through the mixture.
Pour into pre-lined tin.
Cut the third banana in ½ length ways and place on top of mixture.
Bake for 40 minutes.
