Ingredients

  • ½ Red Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2-3 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Tomato Puree
  • ½ tsp Chilli Flakes

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 160°C.
  • Roast red pepper for 30 minutes.
  • Blend red pepper with all other ingredients: extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, tomato puree and chilli flakes, until smooth.
